Bridget Sylvester, CPA, is the Managing Partner of the firm and began working with us in 2004 after working at several small firms in the Greater Boston area. A graduate of Bentley College, Bridget specializes in auditing nonprofit organizations, assisted housing and real estate management/development.

Ronald Worden, CPA, joined our team in 1995 after working in public accounting in the Greater Portland area. A graduate of the University of Maine, Ron specializes in the audits of HUD, RD, MaineHousing and Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments. He also has extensive consulting and auditing experience with Public Housing Authorities.

Greg Geisser, CPA, joined our team in 2006 after working for several years in private accounting. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Greg specializes in audit and tax issues involving affordable housing, specifically Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments and historic rehabilitation properties.

Jesse Ferreira, CPA, joined our team in 2012. A graduate of the University of Maine, Jesse specializes in the audit of affordable housing developments, specifically those utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credit as well as related non-profit audits.

Sean Hutchinson, CPA, joined our team in 2018 after working for a couple of mid-sized public accounting firms in New York City and the Greater Portland area. A graduate of Bryant University, Sean specializes in the audits of HUD, RD, MaineHousing and Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments as well as related non-profits and Housing Authorities.
