Thomas J. Gioia | CPA, MST Tom is the head of the firm’s tax department. Before joining Otis | Atwell he worked in the tax department of an international accounting firm. Tom has wide-ranging experience with complex tax issues including the structuring and tax implications of low income tax credit projects. Tom received his B.S. in 1983 and his Masters of Science in Taxation in 1986 from Long Island University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tom has been a discussion leader at the University of Southern Maine’s continuing business education program and at various real estate industry seminars.
