Marie is a senior manager with experience in all areas of the firm's services. She currently concentrates on the audits, tax returns, and development-related engagements for the low-income housing tax credit projects. Marie also provides tax services to the firm's small-business and individual clients. In the past she was heavily involved in the firm's public housing authority department.

Marie received a B.A. in English from the University of Southern Maine and is an Enrolled Agent. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Marie is a trustee and treasurer of the Salmon Falls Library. She is a member of Altrusa International, Inc. where she has served as Treasurer and President of the Portland chapter and currently chairs the District finance committee.

Ronald L. Worden, CPA

Ron is a senior manager with extensive experience in the housing industry. He specializes in audits of HUD, MaineHousing, USDA-RD, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Ron also has extensive consulting and auditing experience with Public Housing Authorities.

Ron received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maine and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ron is also an associate member of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials.
