The firm promotes the continued personal and professional growth of its entire staff. We require professional staff to obtain a minimum of forty hours of continuing professional education per year at the company’s expense. It is also our policy for staff to assist in the training and development of staff members under their supervision. The firm has a mentor program to answer questions and assist a new person in becoming part of the O|A team.
