Hiring
The firm looks for an employee who has a high
level of intelligence, integrity, motivation and aptitude. We do not
adhere to a rigid set of guidelines concerning educational achievement
or experience although generally we look for a person whose academic
training will allow them to take the CPA exam. We evaluate a prospective
employees personal achievements as well as his or her academic
achievements and work experience.

Development
The firm promotes the continued personal and
professional growth of its entire staff. We require professional staff
to obtain a minimum of forty hours of continuing professional education
per year at the companys expense. It is also our policy for
staff to assist in the training and development of staff members under
their supervision. The firm has a mentor program to answer questions
and assist a new person in becoming part of the O|A team. We encourage
the staff to be involved in all aspects of an engagement and to develop
strong working relationships with our clients and other members of
the business community. The firm also encourages involvement with
professional and community organizations.
